At RelaxiWear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality women’s nightwear. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived broken or damaged.

  • The product did not arrive at all.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (for damaged items).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at care@relaxiwear.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged item (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request and approve it, we’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Any issues not related to damage or non-delivery

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed as refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).

If your item didn’t arrive, once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
